The Absent Friends Remembrance and Wellbeing Morning takes place during Absent Friends Week, which is held in the first week of every November. It offers a gentle, inclusive space to pause, reflect and remember those important to you. The session includes stone painting, candle lighting in their memory, a remembrance poem, and time to talk and share memories if you wish, with no pressure to speak. You are invited to bring a photograph and request a song that reminds you of your absent loved one, and there will also be a remembrance tree where names can be added as a lasting tribute.

We want to do our bit to help others, and so we get together fortnightly to make bandages to send to Ukraine. Join Ros and fellow MYLife members in ACCESS fortnightly. Ros will talk you through how to do this.
